Noel emerged from a lifelong passion for art shaped by the experience of incarceration. Through unforeseen circumstances, this alter ego was formed, compelling Noel to confront personal setbacks and channel that journey into artistic creation and study. His work addresses issues deeply connected to his lived experience, including environmental concerns and racism. Using minimal materials, Noel developed a capsule collection that embodies and illustrates these themes.
